Hello Drabble War Lovers!
Mina once more, broadcasting from my boring and dull home *sighs* and bringing you the next interview for this month's Drabble Wars. All the questions were submitted by members of the Drabble Wars Forum on facebook, so if you have a question you would like to ask the authors, come on to the group and let us know!
I am 25 this year come April, I am single, no children unless you include my family who pretty much act like damn children… and no, they think I am a hermit.
2. How did you discovered fanfiction? What was the fist ff you ever read?
Uh, I think It was completely by accident I’m not too sure on how I came about it but have been writing since 09 and reading since 08… My first read was Isabella Ice Angel by midnight chaser, an Edward/Bella fic.
3. What is your source for inspiration when writing a story? Music lyrics? Movies? Real life?
Everything, but normally I try not to listen or watch TV because it spurs plot bunnies… vicious little fuckers.
4. How do you choose which characters to use in your story especially if it is for OOC (out of character) situation?
Hard question, I don’t know… I’m a non-canon lover but I just write and how they turn out they turn out.
5. Have you ever written a story knowing where you want to go with it but not able to get there because the characters went in a different direction? If so, does that change how you feel about the story? Are you mad about the change or happy or indifferent?
Uh, I have planned a story… Human Elemental was planned, then half way through it the personalities changed ever so slightly and the plot changed a lot… I have now never planned fully to an extent I did with HE… I just give it Point A and Point B, the connection to that is free reign.
6. When you write a lemon, what POV (first/third and guy/girl) is better to write for you and why?
Fuck… I don’t do lemons, I suck at it… But the lemons I have written they are in 3rd POV, I just find it easier because you can do both POV’s at the same time.
7. What is your favorite genre/category to write in and why?
Uh, my fics have become darker and darker, I can’t really choose one.
8. What is your favorite pairing to read? Got any drabbles with that pairing you can recommend? (the drabble doesn't have to be a DW entry)
I read multi fandoms and crossovers; I can’t honestly list them all. Not much drabbles are with the pairings I choose though. You can check out my favorites on my ff profile here.
9. Tell us about your Drabble War Entry: Fandom, Pairing, Title, Summary... What inspired you to write it?
On Fanfiction.net: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/9005354/1/Matters-of-HeartOn TWCS: http://www.thewriterscoffeeshop.com/library/viewstory.php?sid=8588 |
Title: Matters of Heart
Fandom: Sherlock Holmes (Movie)
Pairing: Watson/Holmes
Summary: Silence leads to pain but denial leads to so much worse. When you see the one you love dying inside right before your eyes, what will you do? Continue to keep your secrets or let them know they are not alone?
10. Have you participated in a DW before? If you have, what have you gained from the experience? And if you haven't, will you do it again after this one?
Yes, I have. I have no clue what I have gained from the experience, but I do begin to join again.
Thanks for reading and feel free to leave us a comment below!
